Karuvadu Kulambu ( In other words Karuvattu Kuzhambu/Dry fish gravy or curry) is a very authentic recipe in Tamil nadu especially in coastal region. It has awesome flavors and aroma, and turns out to be every seafood lover’s delight.!
This is a wonderful dish that is prepared by my mom. We decided to posted this dish so that you folks can prepare it enjoy. For me I would like to have it white rice, some in my family also likes to have it with Idili or dosai . We also added Brinjal, Drumstick and boiled egg to this curry, which taste so good with this curry.
Even though we didn’t add it in this video the best veg combination I would suggest to add Mochakottai (or Field beans) it taste so yummy.
