for chicken masala takes only 15 minutes to prepare and 40 minutes to cook, so

flavor, this chicken masala is made with pepper, garlic, ginger, onions and tomatoes.
Chicken masala is best to be served with plain rice, ghee rice, jeera rice,
biryani rice or kuska,pulao or Indian flat breads like roti, paratha, phulka ,
naan etc.
Ingredients:
Oil
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Onions Chopped 2 nos
Curry leaves 10pcs
Coriander leaves 10pcs
Ginger & Garlic paste 2tsp
Tomato 2 nos
Chili powder (Mixture of powdered dry chili & coriander seeds) 5tsp
Chicken 500gms
Pepper powder 3 tsp
Methods:
Wash chicken well and cut into medium sized pieces.
Put oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat and burst
mustards
Add onions, curry leaves, coriander leaves and sauté till
the onions are softened
Add Ginger & Garlic paste sauté well and add tomato mix
well for 3 to 5 mins
Add Chili powder, salt per taste, turmeric mix well and add
chicken sauté for 10 to 20 mins
Add water just to immerse the chicken and close the cover
and let it cook
Once the chicken is cooked add pepper powder and cook till
it get its dry
Your delicious chicken masala is ready
